The following lists provide some details of what services are most often included. Extras and deep cleaning options will be specified and can be customized through the estimate.
**Extras are included in every package, at least one every time!**
Dusting - whole house:
- swiffer extension duster is used for blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, ledges, tops of mirrors etc.
- short handed duster is carried around for constant dusting throughout the job
- long blue extension duster is used for deep cleans or any high up dusting (upon request)
- dusters are constantly vacuumed to ensure optimum dust pick up
- a damp cloth is also used to remove any scuffs or marks along the way
- tidying up, toys, papers
- mirrors and glass wiped
Kitchens:
- dishes - dishwasher - pots scrubbed clean
- dishwasher turned on (if over half full)
- crumbs removed from inside toaster
- microwave cleaned/polished inside and out
- counter top and all major appliances (fridge, stove dishwasher) wiped and polished in all edges and cracks
- cabinets spot cleaned
- table tops are cleaned as well as chairs
- stoves wiped and polished, elements cleaned
- stainless steel appliances are cleaned with stainless steel wipes
- garbage removed and can washed if needed, garbage bag replaced
Bathrooms:
- dusted, cosmetics moved and replaced
- counter/sink tops cleaned/polished
- garbage emptied
- toilets, showers and bathtubs cleaned, scrubbed and polished until they are "Sparkling Clean" with our Sonic Scrubber
- mirrors cleaned streak free

We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation for all cleaning services or a $48 dollar service charge will apply if insufficient time is given. No exceptions. Services booked less than 48 hours before their cleaning time will have a cancellation fee of half the estimated amount applied. All move in/out cleans and large jobs require a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 the estimated total.

Floors, Rugs and Mats:
- all floors vacuumed
- mopped with hot water and special cleaning agent
- special attention is given to hard wood floors so no damage occurs (we are the exlusive floor cleaners for Hillcrest floors and the eco floor store)
